What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  We are closed on all legal county holidays.

 

What taxes do I pay at your office?

Council Rock School District - Real Estate, Northampton Township Occupational (OCC), Northampton Township - Real Estate and Refuse Fee and Bucks County - Real Estate Taxes.

 

Who collects the Earned Income Tax?

Keystone Collection Group (866-539-1100) is contracted to collect the 1% Earned Income Tax (EIT). Most people have their EIT withheld from their paycheck. Make sure your employer has the correct political sub-division (PSD) code and that the code on your W-2 matches the Council Rock PSD code (090603).

 

How do I change the name on my deed?

It is recommended that you consult with an attorney about changes you need to make to an existing deed.).  Contact the Bucks County Recorder of Deeds (BCRD) by phone (215-348-6209) or visit the BCRD website at www.buckscounty.gov/414/Recorder-of-Deeds.   

 

What is the mailing address and can we pay in person?

You can mail your check to the Northampton Township Tax Collector, located at 815 Bustleton Pike, Richboro, PA 18954.  You can also pay in person during regular business hours with a check or money order.  After-hours payments can be made via the designated, tamper proof,  drop box located on the side of the Tax Office building.

 

How do I pay delinquent taxes?

Delinquent County and Township Taxes are collected by Bucks County Tax Claim (215-348-6274); School Occupational Taxes are collected by G.H. Harris Associates Inc (570-639-5005); and Council Rock School  District Real Estate Taxes are collected by Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd (1-866-211-9466).

 

How do I change the mailing address for my real estate bill?

The Bucks County Board of Assessments (215-348-6219) can assist you. Simply send a letter making this request: Bucks County Board of Assessments, 55 E. Court Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
